Bedrooms
On the lower level, from the main entrance, to the right, is a short passage leading to the airy traditional bedroom 3, which has oak hardwood flooring, traditional thick (50 cm) stone walls, a high traditional wood beam ceiling.
There is a 160cm by 200cm double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. There are 5 windows and built-in cupboards.

Hallway from the main entrance leading to the bedroom. There's separate private door leads out to the adjacent North covered balcony and pool area.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has its separate entrance off the passageway from the covered carpark area.
This bedroom has two Twin size beds, 100cm by 200cm, which can fit together.
It has an en-suite bathroom, with spacious walk-in shower. The en-suite bathroom includes a small hidden washing machine, in a closet, for small loads and storage space for towels and bathroom supplies.
There is a separate toilet.
Bedroom 3
There is separate third, very private, traditional bedroom 1, which is connected to the house and accessed via a walkway, and it has two separate entrances, from the North covered walkway (the pool side) and South (driveway side) area. This traditional wood beamed ceiling bedroom has a 160 cm by 200 cm double bed.
Built-in closets and an en-suite full bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet.
Stone walls of the third bedroom and pathway to the garden and basement.
Dining
The Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen featuring a large, 1m by 2.8m, table which can seat 12. There is a sideboard with extra plates dishes and glasses.
Large windows face the sea and Port and town of Skopelos. Due to the numerous windows all diners can have a good view.
From the Dining room, a French door leads off to the South balcony, which has a granite table too and a portable gas BBQ.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is naturally lit by a skylight, windows over the sink area and a glass door facing the sea, which leads to the North balcony. There are two small dishwashers and a microwave oven.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Professional appliances, a large Fridge / freezer, a six-burner gas stove top with two electric ovens below.
Ample granite counter tops surround the kitchen with working surfaces, and an Island with a sink, offers extra workspace, and lower area for seating 2-3 people.

The house has full central A/C and heating, and each separate area is separately controlled by zone. There's also Wifi connection, TV and Gas barbecue.
There are insect screens on all opening windows and doors.
The house has two living levels and a basement.
The basement has laundry facilities and a storage area.
There are two driveway size gates to the property and ample parking. A mid week cleaning and linen change service, welcome hamper and bathroom essentials are included with your booking. Flights, ferry, car hire and meals are not included.
